Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

What Can Be Returned

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product, or an incorrect item, Glamvibes will arrange a pickup from your delivery location. If pickup is unavailable in your area, you must self‑ship the item to our warehouse address.

2. Color or Preference-Based Returns

If the return is due to color difference, change in preference, or design/style not liked, then self‑shipping is mandatory. Pickup will not be arranged in such cases.

3. Other Return Reasons

For all non-defect, non-wrong-product returns, self-shipping is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-stitched / printed products
  • Bulk orders above 10 units (only 30% of such orders are returnable)
  • Products already exchanged once (exchange allowed only one time)

Return Process

  • Submit your return request via email or phone.
  • Approval will be provided within 2–4 business days.
  • Choose one of the return methods below:
Self‑Ship (Recommended):
  • Full refund of product price (shipping charges excluded)
Pickup by Glamvibes:
  • ₹150 handling fee will be deducted
  • A reverse pickup video is mandatory for verification
  • After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be issued within 2–3 business days as glam vibes account as voucher.
  • Only the product price will be refunded; original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Note: If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, self-shipping is required.

Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as Delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Email us at info@glamvibes.in within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
  • Reports made after 24 hours cannot be investigated due to courier partner policies.
  • Once reported, courier investigation takes 7–15 working days.
  • Refund/replacement will depend on the final result of the investigation.

Important Notes

1. No Refund for Tampered Parcels

We cannot offer returns/refunds if the parcel was received in an Opened, Taped, Torn, or Tampered condition. Please inspect the parcel before accepting it.

2. Mandatory Video Proof for Wrong/Incomplete Orders

For incorrect or missing items, a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the packaging and product condition is required.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • All tags, boxes, and packaging must be intact
  • Product must be unused and unwashed

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective/wrong-item cases.
  • Original delivery charges are non‑refundable.

Cancellation Policy – Glamvibes

How to Cancel an Order: You may cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it by emailing info@glamvibes.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Restrictions: Orders cannot be cancelled once tracking details have been updated or once moved for procurement.

Order Cancellation Refunds: Orders cancelled within 2 hours or before procurement begins will receive a full refund within 7 days. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per the return policy.

Glamvibes Store Credit / Voucher — Terms & Conditions

1) Validity & Issuance: Validity is 12 months from issue date. Issued to your registered email ID only. Glamvibes is not responsible for delays due to incorrect email shared.

2) Usage Rules: Applicable on glamvibes.in purchases only. Single or partial use allowed. One voucher per order by default. Shipping charges/COD fees may not be payable with vouchers.

3) Non‑Encashable: Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or bank transfer. Non‑transferable and not for resale.

4) Lost/Stolen: Treat vouchers like cash. Glamvibes is not liable for lost or misused credit.

5) Returns: If you return an item purchased with a voucher, the refund is issued back as store credit.

6) Fraud: Glamvibes may cancel vouchers if fraud or policy violations are suspected.

7) System Errors: In case of errors, Glamvibes may reissue or revoke vouchers.

8) Expiry: Vouchers expire automatically. No revalidation after expiry.

9) Limitations: Redeemable only in India on glamvibes.in from the same customer account.

10) Stacking: Redemption hierarchy is Store Credit > Promo Code > Customer Payment.

11) Taxes: Voucher applies to product price; taxes/fees may not be payable with voucher.

12) Consent: By redeeming, you agree to receive transactional notifications.

13) Disputes: For queries, write to info@glamvibes.in within 7 days of issue. Glamvibes’ decision is final.
